A balanced diet, like the Mediterranean diet which includes whole grains, veggies, fruits, nuts, and beans, is beneficial. However, avoid beef liver if you're anemic, as it might not always be safe. If you're dealing with iron-deficiency anemia, foods like beef, cereal, anchovies, eggs, and tofu can be helpful. Remember, always check with your doctor first.
