Planning Your Discharge
- The decision to discharge you from the hospital is made by your medical team. A nurse will then explain how the discharge process works.

Settling Your Bill
- If you're using a card, you can make your payment at the administrative office located on your ward's floor.
- Prefer to pay with cash? Head to the admission and discharge desk on the first floor.

Completing Discharge
- Once you've paid your bill, you (or your guardian) will need to hand in the "Discharge Procedure Completion Certificate," which you'll find with your discharge paperwork, to the nursing station of your ward.

Discharge When Final Bill Isn't Ready
- Discharging After Hours or on Holidays : If you're being discharged when our office isn't open (after 12 PM) or on holidays, we might not be able to give you the exact cost of your medical expenses right away. Instead, you'll pay an estimated amount.
- Finalizing Your Bill : We'll text you the details of your final bill once we've had a chance to go over everything. When you come to settle up, please bring the bill we gave you when you were discharged, your payment method, and some ID.
- Can't Make it in Person? : If coming back to the hospital is hard for you, please give us a call at 📞02-2258-2426.

- Documents requested from your doctor or nurse before you leave can be picked up after paying your medical fees.
- Just remember, we'll need to see your ID and any other required documents to give you your paperwork.
- Also, some documents might only be available at the certification desk on the first floor.
