Admission Procedure

Decision to Admit
- After your consultation, if your doctor recommends hospitalization, please head to the admission/discharge desk on the first floor.
Admission Registration
- At the same desk, you'll receive a guide on how to get admitted.
Completing Admission
- If you're contacted to come in on the day of your admission, head to the administrative office to complete your paperwork. Admissions start after 2 PM.
- Due to limited visitation, only one family member can stay with you. They'll be given a bracelet for access.

Rooms are assigned as they become available, starting with shared rooms, moving to 5-bed, 2-bed, or private rooms based on your registration time. This might mean your assigned room differs from your preferred choice.
We'll inform you or your guardian about your room assignment between 9 AM and 12 PM. Please stay in touch with the admission team and arrive at the designated time.

Personal Supplies

Personal supplies for hospitalization
Personal Items	Such as toiletries, towels, tissues, slippers, a water bottle, and guardian's bedding.
Medication	Bring a day's supply or the prescription if you're currently taking any medication from another hospital.
Disability Card (Welfare Card)	Needed if your insurance is Medical Aid Type 2, where some costs are supported by the local government.
Blood Donation Certificate	If you'll need a transfusion during your stay to help with cost deduction.
